V N Alok

Prof V N Alok is a renowned Public Finance and Fiscal Decentralisation Expert. He serves as Associate Professor in Public Finance at the Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA). He is also a member of the Delhi State Finance Commission. Dr Alok has written extensively on India’s fiscal federal architecture and worked with international organisations such as the World Bank and the Forum of Federations. Dr VN Alok computes the annual Fiscal Devolution Index sponsored by the Ministry of Panchayati Raj, Government of India.
